Griffith Street Roundabout, Maddingley
Griffith Street Roundabout was a road reconstruction completed under live traffic to replace an ageing and confusing double intersection. The project’s scope of work consisted of; earthworks, drainage reticulation, public lighting, footpath & landscaping and was completed within 3 months.

Main Street Streetscape Works
Main Street Streetscape Works located in Bacchus Marsh consisted of removing the existing asphalt pavement in the sidewalk from Young Street to Gell Street and replacing with an exposed aggregate concrete surface. The project also consisted of landscaping and street furniture. The difficulty of this project was in the management of pedestrians whilst carrying out the works. The majority of the excavation was carried out as night works to minimise high risk work affecting local pedestrian traffic. In house Traffic Management was key to carrying out this project efficiently.

Stonehill Stage 11, 13A, 13B & 14, Bacchus Marsh
Stonehill Stages 11, 13A, 13B & 14 were 4 subdivision stages that were all ran concurrently. The total number of lots totalled to 87, where these stages were delivered within the programmed PC date. Scope of works included bulk earthworks, sewer reticulation, drainage reticulation, water/ gas reticulation, electrical and communication works, pavements, concrete works and rock/ concrete sleeper retaining walls. The total area for this development was 15 acres including road reserves.

Mickleham Road, Greenvale
The Mickleham Road project, commencing early January 2019, consisted of drainage, earthworks, pavements (for slip lane) and concrete works. The complexity of the project came with 208 linear metres of 900mm diameter, which included splay pipe connections to deviate around existing assets. Working with VicRoads, Hume City Council, Melbourne Water and consultant, Rustel were able to reduce the program from 3 months to 2 months on the back of proficient project planning and hard work on site.
